Position Overview
Join an established anesthesia team providing both inpatient and outpatient care in a collaborative environment. This role offers a mix of team-based and independent practice, along with a highly desirable schedule providing significant time off.

Position Highlights
* 3 weeks on / 1 week off schedule (13 weeks off annually)
* Monday–Friday schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
* Mix of team-based and independent anesthesia practice
* Opportunity for moonlighting to increase earnings
* EPIC EMR system

Practice Environment
* Established anesthesia program with:
* 3 Anesthesiologists
* 6 CRNAs
* Approx. 230 surgical cases per month
* Inpatient and outpatient clinical settings
* Hospital-employed within a growing regional health system

Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide anesthesia care for:
* General surgery
* Orthopedic surgery
* OB/GYN
* Participate in shared call:
* 1 weekday per week
* 1 weekend per month
* CRNAs serve as primary call for routine epidurals
* Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across patient populations

Qualifications
