Specialty: CRNA
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details: 2-3 shifts per week
Schedule: Facility 1 -Monday-Friday 6:45a-3:30p with 30-minute unpaid lunch
Facility 2 – Monday-Thursday 7a-5p
Work Details:
• Support staff: Facility 1 is predominantly solo, non-medically directed by Anes. Facility 2 has an anesthesiologist.
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 2-3 days per week, PRN
• Patients per day: less than 20
• Patient population/age: adult with potential peds case for ENT (peds anesthesiologist will be there for those)
• Department description:
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital bed size: 25 bed critical access hospital (Facility 1) 71 bed hospital (Facility 2)
• Special procedures: general, ortho, ophthalmology, gyn, ENT, and plastic surgery cases.
• Skills required: experience with regional anes (spinals, peripheral nerve blocks) would be helpful but not necessary.

• Board Certification: required
• State license required: yes
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years minimum or at least 1 year working independently.
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 week temps for clean files!
