Position Type: Locum Tenens (1099)

Duration: 6–12 months (ongoing)
Aya Locums is seeking CRNAs for a locum tenens opportunity in Rocky Mount, Virginia. This is a long-term assignment offering independent practice in a supportive hospital environment.
Position Overview
- Independent CRNA practice
- Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Long-term assignment with extension potential
- Travel accommodations provided
- Flexible time-off requests
Schedule
- Weekday call: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM (1–3 nights/week)
- Weekend call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1–2 weekends/month)
- Overtime available after scheduled shifts
Practice Setting
- Acute care hospital
- 2 ORs + 2 procedure rooms
- Approximately 3 rooms running daily
Case Mix
- General Surgery
- Gynecology
- ENT
- Plastics
- Podiatry
- Hand
- Pediatrics
- Urology
- GI/Endoscopy
CRNAs practice at full scope, including peripheral nerve blocks.
Requirements
- NBCRNA required
- Open to candidates needing licensure
- Comfortable with independent practice
