HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join a high acuity and collaborative team at HCA Florida Largo Hospital, a 455 bed teaching facility in the Tampa Bay area.

This role is well suited for clinicians seeking clinical variety, autonomy, and a predictable schedule without overnight requirements.

Position Highlights

• No nights with flexible scheduling
• One to two weekday beeper call shifts per month with additional compensation
• High acuity case mix with no OB, no pediatrics, and no trauma
• CRNAs practice at top of license
• Peripheral nerve blocks
• Lines and airway management
• Training available for skill development
• Care team model with 11 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs
• Coverage includes 12 ORs plus EP Lab, Cath Lab, and Endoscopy
• Approximately 9000 annual cases
• Dedicated cardiac and transplant team with optional involvement

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive tiered base salary plus 30000 geographic stipend
