Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) providing comprehensive anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties, including but not limited to:
- General Surgery
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- Vascular
- Neuro / Spine
- Pediatric ENT
- Cesarean Sections
Work Description
CRNAs will be responsible for the full scope of anesthesia care, including:
- Pre-anesthetic assessment and preparation
- Development and implementation of anesthesia plans
- Administration of General, MAC/sedation, and Regional anesthesia
- Airway management and ventilator support
- Intraoperative monitoring and hemodynamic management
- Post-anesthesia care
Procedural Skills Include:
- Regional anesthesia (spinals, epidural management for C-sections)
- Arterial line placement
- Central line management
- PA catheter monitoring
Work Sites & Environment
- Practice model: Collaborative care team
- CRNAs work alongside anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs, and surgical teams
- EMR: Epic
Patient Demographics
- Adult: 80%
- Pediatric: 15%
- Adolescent: 5%
Special Requirements / Preferences
- Strong experience managing high-acuity cases and hemodynamic instability
- Comfortable in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Effective communication with physician supervision
- Comfortable with healthy pediatric cases
