Top-paying locum opportunity for a CRNA in Charleston, SC, starting ASAP (May 2026) for a minimum 3-month assignment with strong extension potential. Work in a high-acuity, Level 1 trauma academic environment with a wide variety of surgical cases. This role offers full-time coverage with long shifts and exposure to advanced procedures across multiple hospital sites.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide care in operating rooms and non-OR settings (IR, MRI, CT, bronch)
• Monitor patients throughout perioperative phases
• Collaborate within a medically directed anesthesia care team
• Document all care using Epic EMR
Qualifications
• Active South Carolina license or in process
• Minimum 3+ years of anesthesia experience
• Proficiency in Epic EMR
• Ability to work across multiple hospital locations
Working Hours
• Includes 0.5-hour unpaid lunch
• Some weekend shifts required
• Full-time coverage
Skills
• Experience in high-acuity/trauma settings
• Adaptability in OR and non-OR environments
