Required Skills & Case Types
Main OR – Diverse Surgical Case Mix
CRNAs should be comfortable with a broad range of cases, including:
- High-volume vascular, thoracic, neurosurgical, and EP lab
- Orthopedics
- General surgery
- Urology
- ENT
- Bronchoscopy
- GI
- Plastic surgery (primarily breast cases)
OB
- Approximately 2,500 deliveries annually
- Spinal anesthesia required
- Labor epidurals not currently required for CRNAs
Surgery Center
- Healthy pediatric dental cases and select ENT
- Adult ophthalmology
- General surgery
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- Plastic surgery
