Seeking a CRNA to join a well-supported anesthesia team in Leominster, Massachusetts. This role offers strong autonomy, a balanced case mix, and an excellent compensation package with no call responsibilities.
Position Highlights:
8 or 10 hour shifts available
No call
High level of autonomy within a medical supervision model
Nice case mix with no trauma, cardiac, or OB cases
Supportive anesthesia team environment
Qualifications:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Eligible for Massachusetts licensure
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently within a team-based model
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $265,000
$50,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)
Annual retention bonus beginning after year 2
8 weeks of PTO plus 8 paid holidays
