8 hour shifts ONLY Monday-Friday & call weekday and Weekend. ( if you can do 1-2 a week will be helpful)
CRNAs will be cross-credentialed at all locations. Call coverage is required at 3 different locations!
These facilities require ACLS and PALS and they must be AHA or American Red Cross.
Licensure:
You must have an active AZ license.
Provider must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call.
Must be certified by the NBCRNA with at least one year of experience.
ACLS AND BLS are required.
***Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks***
***TRAINING FOR BLOCKS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED, AND THEY MUST PROVIDE CASE LOGS OF BLOCKS PERFORMED. ***
The presentation must explain any gaps in service, malpractice claims, or sanctions from a board of nursing.
Cases covered at each Facility:
one is -50% Endoscopy; General Surgery; Orthopedics; GYN robotics; Urology
another is -Endoscopy; General Surgery; Orthopedics; GYN robotics; Urology; Podiatry
the other site is -General Surgery, Orthopedics, Endo, GYN/Podiatry
another is -Endoscopy; General Surgery; Orthopedics; GYN robotics; Urology; Podiatry; Pulm/Bronc Lab; Gastro; OB:Cardiac/Thoracic/Structural heart
