CRNA Opportunity Snapshot

Schedule: 2 Weeks On | 1 Week Off
Time Off: ~17 Weeks Per Year
Practice Type: Critical Access Hospital
Case Volume: Less than 400 cases annually
Call: Week 1 only | Minimal call backs
ORs: 2
Team: 2 long-term CRNAs (8+ years each)


Looking for an autonomous CRNA role with real time off?

An established Critical Access Hospital in Minnesota is seeking a CRNA to join their collaborative anesthesia team. This is a low-volume, well-supported practice offering a unique schedule and exceptional work-life balance.

The two CRNAs currently in the practice have each been there for over 8 years, reflecting the stability and supportive culture of the team.


Schedule

Week 1 – 24/7 Call Coverage
• Some days may consist of 1–2 cases
• Other days may be call only

Week 2 – Monday–Friday Daytime Schedule
• No call
• Many short days — CRNAs leave when cases are finished

Week 3 – Off

17 weeks off annually + 5 CME days


Practice Highlights

✔ Less than 400 cases annually
✔ Two OR’s
✔ All surgeons are visiting
✔ 30-minute call response time
✔ Minimal call backs (IV starts, OB <100 deliveries/year, Codes, ED sedations)


Case Mix Includes:

General | Ortho | Endo | Limited ENT | OB/GYN
Cataracts (2 days/month) | Pediatric Dental (1 day/month)


Salary + Benefits

  • Sign-on and relocation assistance

    PERA retirement plan with 7.5% employer contribution
    • Additional 457(b) retirement option
    • W2 Salary range: $250,000 – $275,000+
