Opportunity Highlights

• End Date: July 2, 2026 (Fixed term due to a candidate on leave).

• Schedule: 17–23 shifts per month.

  • Shift Times: Varying 8-hour (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and 10-hour (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) shifts, Monday–Friday.

• Work-Life Balance: No call and no weekends required.

• Model: Medically directed; you will not work solo.

• EMR: Epic.

Clinical Scope & Patient Mix

The anesthesia department at this facility manages a high volume of pediatric cases, making it a unique community hospital experience.

• Patient Demographics: 60% Adult | 40% Pediatric.

• Facility Layout: 5 Operating Rooms plus a dedicated Cystoscopy suite.

• Key Case Types:

  • Pediatrics: Heavy volume of pediatric dental and ENT (Age 14 and under).

  • Specialty Services: Ortho, Ortho-Spine, General Surgery, Urology, Gyn/Uro-Gyn, Ophthalmology (Cataracts), Podiatry, and GI/IR.

• Daily Flow: 06:45 AM start for room setup and preparation. Expect to manage between 3–12 cases per day depending on the room assignment.

Provider Requirements

• Board Status: Board Certified CRNA (Required).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience.

• Skill Set: Strong proficiency in pediatric anesthesia (specifically for dental and ENT procedures) is highly preferred.

• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) License in hand (Required). Note: IMLC is not considered for this role.

• Certifications: Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS (Required).
