- Date: ASAP - ongoing
- Schedule: various shifts available
- Level 2 Trauma
- Types of cases: cardiac, thoracic, obstetrics, ortho, neuro, trauma general surgery, GI, outpatient surgery, TEE, podiatry, plastics, OMFS, Endo, ENT, urology, spine
- Anesthesiologist supervision
- EMR: Cerner
- Requirements: FL license, DEA, PALS, ACLS, BLS, TB test required
- Must reside 45 miles/ 1 hour from site
