Rates: $250/hr

Opportunity Highlights

• Start Date: April 20 or April 27, 2026.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Report time is 6:30 AM).

• Flexibility: * Full-time preferred (5x8s).

  • Will consider 4x9s (no 12-hour shifts permitted).

  • Minimum requirement of 12 shifts per month.

• Work-Life Balance: No call and no weekends.

• Privileging: Full and temporary privileges available (21-day timeline).

• EMR: HST.

Clinical Scope & Volume

The center serves a mix of adult (80%) and pediatric (20%) patients. Providers will rotate through a variety of fast-paced outpatient cases.

• Daily Volume: 3–12 cases per day.

• Case Mix: * Urology: General outpatient urological procedures.

  • Orthopedics: Sports medicine, joint injections, and minor bone/joint repairs.

  • Plastics: Reconstructive and cosmetic outpatient surgeries.

  • Ophthalmology: Cataract and minor eye procedures.

Provider Requirements

• Credential Accepted: CRNA.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ambulatory or surgical setting.

• Licensure: Pennsylvania license required. (Will accept candidates willing to obtain a license).

• Certifications: Active ACLS and PALS (Required).

• Presentation Requirements: Must specify exact start date, desired weekly schedule, and minimum shift commitment in the initial presentation.
