Location: Columbia, South Carolina
Assignment Type: Locum Tenens – Full-Time Scheduled Coverage

Schedule & Setting:
Monday – Friday coverage
• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Day shift only
• No call required
• Medical Directed ACT Model (4:1 ratio)

Case Mix: Orthopedics, Spine, GYN, Ophthalmology, Plastics, General Surgery and Out-of-OR cases including GI, CV/TEE, and MRI

Patient Volume: 30+ cases per day (inclusive of out-of-OR cases)
Patient Population: Ages 12+
• 95% Adult / 5% Pediatric
• Adolescents and Adults

Requirements:
• Active South Carolina License
• ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA only)
• DEA

Epic experience – Preferred

Flu Vaccine – Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
