Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia

Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for patients in inpatient settings and across multiple clinic locations
• Conduct thorough preoperative assessments, including medical history review and patient risk evaluation
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Administer anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures while ensuring patient safety
• Monitor and manage patients intraoperatively, including vital signs and anesthesia depth
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery, pain control, and immediate postoperative care
• Participate in rotating schedule including full-time day shifts, on-call coverage, and weekends
• Travel to multiple locations as required to provide anesthesia services across the health system
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR system
• Support department staffing coverage needs during shortage periods
• Maintain required certifications including BLS, ACLS, CRNA license, and RN license
• Must have active Michigan RN license and clean malpractice/license history
• Experience required - not accepting new graduate candidates
• Must be willing to work varied shifts including weekends and on-call duties
• DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start date
• H1B and J1 visa candidates welcome
