• 1 Full-Time Permanent CRNA Needed
• Inpatient + Multi-site anesthesia coverage
• Varied rotating day shifts
• Weekend & On-call rotation required
• Not open to Locum or Locum-to-Perm
• Not accepting New Graduates
• $40,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct preoperative assessments and risk evaluation
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor intraoperative vitals and anesthesia depth
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and pain control
• Participate in rotating full-time shifts including weekends and on-call
• Travel between multiple system locations as needed
• Maintain documentation in EPIC EMR
• Ensure compliance with hospital credentialing and safety protocols
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
• Active Michigan RN License (in hand at presentation) – REQUIRED
• NBCRNA Certification – REQUIRED
• BLS & ACLS – REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice & License History – REQUIRED
• State Years of CRNA Experience (CRNA only, not RN/training) – REQUIRED
• Willingness for varied shifts, weekends, on-call – REQUIRED
• DEA (prior to start) – REQUIRED
• CSR/CDS (prior to start) – REQUIRED
Working Hours
• Varied day shifts (Rotating schedule)
• Weekend coverage required (rotation)
• On-call required (rotation)
