A nationally recognized, integrated health system is seeking a Full-Time CRNA to join its busy ambulatory anesthesia team in Novi, Michigan.
This opportunity offers a collaborative anesthesia care model in a high-volume outpatient setting with no call, no weekends, and structured day shifts ending at 5 PM.
Not open to locum or locum-to-perm candidates. Not accepting new graduates or candidates with lapsed board certifications.
Job Responsibilities
Develop individualized anesthesia care plans
Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthesia-related complications
Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
Deliver anesthesia services across multiple specialties including:
Total joints (hips & knees)
Orthopedics & sports medicine
Plastic surgery
Urology
GYN
Ophthalmology
Podiatry
Dental
Pediatrics
Endoscopy
General surgery
Administer anesthesia to all age groups and ASA classes
Provide airway management services
Travel to additional ambulatory sites as operational needs arise
Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
Active Michigan RN License (in hand at presentation) – REQUIRED
ACLS & BLS Certifications – REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years CRNA experience (excluding RN/training) – REQUIRED
DEA (must obtain prior to start) – REQUIRED
CSR/CDS (must obtain prior to start) – REQUIRED
NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED at presentation
Clean Malpractice & License History – REQUIRED
Not accepting candidates commuting more than 1 hour
Not accepting alternate shift schedule requests
Working Hours
Late shift rotation ending at 5:00 PM
No weekends
No call
