A nationally recognized integrated health system is seeking a Full-Time CRNA to join its ambulatory anesthesia care team at a surgery center in Dearborn, Michigan.

This role offers the opportunity to practice in a fast-paced outpatient surgical environment with strong team collaboration, excellent work-life balance, and comprehensive benefits.

Not open to locum or locum-to-perm candidates. Not accepting new graduates or candidates with lapsed board certifications.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans

Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care

Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthesia-related complications

Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards

Administer anesthesia across all age groups and ASA classes (including pediatrics and geriatrics)

Provide airway management services

Travel to additional ambulatory sites as operational needs arise

Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary surgical teams

Qualifications

Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) – REQUIRED

Active Michigan RN License – REQUIRED

Minimum CRNA experience required (no new graduates)

Clean Malpractice & License History – REQUIRED

No lapsed Board Certifications

Not accepting candidates commuting more than 1 hour

Not accepting alternate shift schedule requests

Full-time day shift
Structured ambulatory schedule
No alternate shift flexibility
