• State-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility
• Collaborative team of 40+ CRNAs and 10 senior staff physicians
• Fast-paced, team-oriented ambulatory setting
• No weekends and no on-call responsibilities
• Open to H1B and J1 Visa candidates
• Not open to locum or locum-to-perm candidates
• No new graduates or lapsed board certifications accepted

Qualifications
• Active Michigan RN License – REQUIRED (in hand at presentation)
• ACLS – REQUIRED
• BLS – REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years CRNA experience (excluding RN training) – REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice & License History – REQUIRED
• NPDB Self Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED at presentation
• DEA (required prior to start)
• CSR/CDS (required prior to start)
• All certifications must be active at start
• Not accepting candidates commuting more than 1 hour
• Not accepting alternate shift schedule requests
Working Hours
• Occasional late shifts possible (ending by 5 PM)
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities
Skills
• Pediatric & geriatric anesthesia experience
• Airway management expertise
• Independent decision-making ability
• Team collaboration in high-volume ASC setting
• Efficient documentation & compliance adherence
