- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care (inpatient + multi-site)
- Preoperative assessments and anesthesia planning
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
- Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
- Intraoperative monitoring and management
- Post-anesthesia recovery and pain management
- Documentation in EPIC EMR
- Ensure compliance with credentialing, QA, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
- Assist with staffing coverage during shortages
