Job Responsibilities
โข Provide perioperative care for surgical and procedural patients
โข Perform all types of nerve blocks and anesthesia techniques
โข Collaborate closely with physicians and CRNAs in a multidisciplinary team
โข Participate in paid on-call rotation with post-call days off
โข Ensure adherence to clinical policies, protocols, and patient safety standards
โข Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care in EMR
Qualifications
โข Oregon License (or eligible) โ Required
โข Minimum 1+ year of CRNA experience โ Required
โข Clean malpractice history and active NPDB Self-Query
โข Skilled in anesthesia for diverse surgical cases (excluding heads and hearts)
โข Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
โข Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

โข Shift As Assigned (discussed at interview)
