Step into an exciting opportunity as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at a Level III Trauma hospital in Coos Bay, Oregon. Join a high-acuity, collaborative anesthesia team serving a large Southern Oregon community. This role provides autonomy, hands-on experience, and exposure to a wide variety of procedures across ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, and ASCs.

Job Responsibilities

โ€ข Independently administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care
โ€ข Provide perioperative care for surgical and procedural patients
โ€ข Perform all types of nerve blocks and anesthesia techniques
โ€ข Collaborate closely with physicians and CRNAs in a multidisciplinary team
โ€ข Participate in paid on-call rotation with post-call days off
โ€ข Ensure adherence to clinical policies, protocols, and patient safety standards
โ€ข Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care in EMR

Qualifications

โ€ข Board Certified CRNA โ€“ Required
โ€ข Oregon License (or eligible) โ€“ Required
โ€ข Minimum 1+ year of CRNA experience โ€“ Required
โ€ข Clean malpractice history and active NPDB Self-Query
โ€ข Skilled in anesthesia for diverse surgical cases (excluding heads and hearts)
โ€ข Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
โ€ข Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Working Hours

โ€ข Full-Time (80 hours/pay period) or Part-Time (48 hours/pay period)
โ€ข Shift As Assigned (discussed at interview)
โ€ข Paid on-call rotation with post-call day off
โ€ข Weekends shared equitably
