Step into an exciting opportunity as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at a Level III Trauma hospital in Coos Bay, Oregon. Join a high-acuity, collaborative anesthesia team serving a large Southern Oregon community. This role provides autonomy, hands-on experience, and exposure to a wide variety of procedures across ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, and ASCs.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide perioperative care for surgical and procedural patients
• Perform all types of nerve blocks and anesthesia techniques
• Collaborate closely with physicians and CRNAs in a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in paid on-call rotation with post-call days off
• Ensure adherence to clinical policies, protocols, and patient safety standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care in EMR
Qualifications
• Oregon License (or eligible) – Required
• Minimum 1+ year of CRNA experience – Required
• Clean malpractice history and active NPDB Self-Query
• Skilled in anesthesia for diverse surgical cases (excluding heads and hearts)
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Working Hours
• Shift As Assigned (discussed at interview)
• Paid on-call rotation with post-call day off
