seeking two CRNAs to join its growing anesthesia team in Lima. This healthcare system provides exceptional patient care with advanced medical technology typically found in larger health centers.
Job Responsibilities
• Independently manage pre-ops, inductions, emergences, and nerve blocks
• Provide anesthesia services across 12 operating rooms:
7 OR suites
2 Endoscopy suites
2 Open heart suites
1 OB OR suite
• Average 2–3 surgical cases per CRNA per day
• Average 20–30 OR cases per day (facility-wide)
• Pain Management: 1 day per week in OR
• Participate in weekend coverage as needed
• Work primarily with adult population; limited Well-Peds cases (BMT & T&A)
• No neonatal surgeries
• No bariatric or transplant cases
• Participate in robust block program supported by two block-trained RNs and designated anesthesia tech
Qualifications
• Active Ohio license or willing to obtain – Required
• BLS, ACLS, & PALS (by time of start) – Required
• NRP – Highly Preferred
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
• 3+ years employment experience as CRNA – Preferred
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) – Required
• Must confirm visa status (J1 or H1B not accepted)
• Permanent Placement Fee $20K acknowledgment – Required
Working Hours
• Flexible end time depending on hours worked
• 8 or 10-hour shifts preferred
• 12-hour shifts possible based on operational needs
• Weekends as needed
