Job description
This Level III trauma center with high acuity is seeking an experienced CRNA to join its well-established, hospital-employed anesthesia group. CRNAs practice 100% independently in accordance with Oregon State statutes/regulations and Medical Staff bylaws.
This is a permanent position requiring local residency (relocation may be required). New graduates and locum candidates are not being considered.
Job Responsibilities
Practice within Medical Staff bylaws and hospital policies
Collaborate with a solid, experienced team of Physicians and CRNAs
Cover 7 ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, and nearby ASC
Perform cases including everything except heads and hearts (healthy pediatrics only)
Perform all types of regional anesthesia blocks
Participate in shared and equitably distributed call schedule
Take paid call with guaranteed post-call day off
Share weekend coverage
Qualifications
Active Oregon license or willingness to obtain – Required
Minimum 1+ year employment experience as CRNA – Required
Clean malpractice history/background – Required
Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) – Required at presentation
Must have ties to Oregon (family in area or previous residency)
Not accepting new graduates

Working Hours
Part-Time: 48 hours per pay period
Shift schedule assigned and discussed during interview
Shared call rotation with post-call day of
Skills
Regional anesthesia and block proficiency
High-acuity case management
Trauma anesthesia experience preferred
Strong collaborative and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
