Seeking 4 Full-Time CRNAs to start ASAP. This is a hospital-based, medical direction care team model with a large variety of general and complex cases. Strong weekday coverage is required (minimum 3 full weeks per month – no exceptions).
Job Responsibilities
• Provide care across all age groups, including healthy pediatrics
• Work within a medical direction care team model
• Manage high-acuity and trauma cases
• Document in EPIC EMR
• Participate in required orientation prior to start
Qualifications
• Active Michigan License or Active Compact License
• Full-Time availability (minimum 3 full weeks/month – required)
• Self-Query NPDB (within 30 days)
• Comfortable with pediatric cases
Working Hours
• 8s: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 10s: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekends: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (minimal need)
Skills
• Pediatric anesthesia competency
• Trauma and high-acuity case management
• Robotic and specialty surgical anesthesia
• Strong airway management skills
• Team-based collaboration in medical direction model
• EMR proficiency (EPIC)
• Ability to manage high-volume surgical environment
