A hospital-employed anesthesia team in Troy, NY is seeking full-time CRNAs to join a highly supportive and collaborative unit with strong team morale. This opportunity offers flexible shift options, diverse surgical case exposure (excluding hearts, trauma, and neuro), competitive compensation based on years of licensure, and a substantial bonus structure.
Job Responsibilities
• Participate in optional but preferred 1:6 call rotation (post-call day off)
• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
• Collaborate with surgeons and perioperative teams
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and anesthesia standards
Qualifications
• Active New York License (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
• Most recent NPDB Self Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
• Truly Board Eligible or Board Certified candidates only
• New graduates accepted
• H-1B visa candidates accepted (No J-1 waiver)
• Lapsed board certifications not accepted
• Not accepting Locums candidates
Working Hours
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Call: 1:6 rotation (optional but preferred)
Post-call day off included
