Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 1 physicians and 6 CRNAs at OSF St. Francis.
- Work in a supportive culture with the ability to practice at the top of your license.
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting.
- New graduates are welcome to apply. Completion of training, board certification, and an unrestricted APRN license to be granted before the start of employment.
Scheduling:
- Full-time opportunity.
- Monday – Thursday 7a – 4p.
- Shared call – average is 1:6.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bread and butter cases, regionals, and OB/GYN.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key.
Living and Working in Escanaba:
- Enjoy the beauty of the Upper Peninsula, as Escanaba sits at the mouth of Little Bay de Noc, and inlet of Lake Michigan. The town boasts waterfront parks and beaches in the summer and snowmobiling and ice fishing in the winter.

Rewards and Compensation:
- Yearly compensation: W2 - $285,000.
- Sign-on bonus offered.
- Relocation available.
- 8 weeks STO.
