Locum CRNA – Southeast Montana
Level IV Trauma Center | Independent Practice | Minimal Call-Back
We are seeking a skilled Locum CRNA to provide vacation coverage at a rural Level IV Trauma Center in southeast Montana. This assignment is ideal for an experienced provider comfortable working independently and supporting a broad range of patient populations.
Assignment Dates
June 29 – July 3
- Call: June 30 & July 2
August 10 – 14
- Call: August 11 & August 13
Position Highlights
- Independent CRNA practice; may work solo at times
- Minimal call-back
- Must be proficient with:
- Peripheral nerve blocks
- OB anesthesia
- Patient population: pediatric through geriatric
- Will respond to emergencies in:
- ER
- ICU
- Other hospital areas
- Facility averages 2–3 traumas per month
- Supportive and collaborative rural hospital environment
Requirements
- Ability to practice independently and manage a full scope of anesthesia services
- Experience in small or critical-access hospital settings strongly preferred
Required Certifications & Licensure
- Current, unencumbered state licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the applicable state, or ability to obtain
- Current certification as a CRNA by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
