- 5 ORs + Cysto + Endoscopy Suite
- Team structure: 1 MD and 4 CRNAs (all autonomous)

Required Skills & Procedures
- Spinals
- OB and epidurals
- Endoscopy
- Peripheral nerve blocks
- Ultrasound?guided procedures
- PICC line experience preferred but not required
