Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Level 1 Trauma Center Opportunity

Are you an experienced CRNA seeking a rewarding, full-time position at a leading Level 1 Trauma Center? We are looking for dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide exceptional anesthesia care, supporting a dynamic multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will support anesthesia services across diverse departments, including Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro (excluding Heart cases). You will work closely with anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs, and residents, primarily under medically directed supervision. The schedule offers flexible options, including 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) and full-time coverage, requiring availability four weeks per month. You will experience a variety of patient cases across all age groups (excluding Neonates), performing procedures such as intubation, central line placement, arterial lines, and other line insertions.

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $226.20, with an attractive rate of $290/hour for holiday coverage. Required Skills:
  • Valid NBCRNA Certification
  • State license (open to licensing in Kentucky)
  • Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience (no new graduates)
  • Proficiency in intubation, central lines, arterial lines, and line placements
  • Ability to work full-time, consistent schedule
  • EMR proficiency; EPIC preferred
  • Willingness to work NORA shifts
  • Ability to support multiple anesthesia cases in a hospital setting

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in trauma or neuro anesthesia
  • Additional certifications or training in advanced airway management or vascular access
  • Leadership or teaching experience with residents

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Certification: NBCRNA Certified
  • Experience: At least one year as a practicing CRNA in a hospital setting
  • Licensure: Active or pending license in Kentucky (willing to assist with licensing process)

Other Requirements:
  • Must be able to start by May 18, 2026
  • Credentialing completion expected within 90 days
  • Ability to work holidays at 1.5x pay rate
  • Willing to work varied day schedules, including 4x10 shifts
