Position Type: Locum
April 1 - Ongoing
3 providers per day
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Call Shift: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Call Coverage: Mix of OR and OB cases
- Call Response Time: 20 minutes
- Supervision: Independent CRNA practice (no physician supervision required)
- Required: COI – IN PCF
- Caselogs Required: Must provide proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
- Case Mix:
- Endoscopy (ENDO)
- OB/GYN
- ENT
- General Surgery
- Orthopedics
- Some Pediatrics (PEDs)
- Required Skills: Proficient in spinals, epidurals, and nerve blocks
- Providers During Day: 3 CRNAs
- EMR: EPIC
- Full CRNA autonomy
- Mix of adult and OB cases
- Immediate locum coverage possible
- Proof of procedural competency required
