Option 1: Chief CRNA – Leadership Role

This Chief CRNA position blends hands-on clinical practice with team leadership in a collaborative rural hospital setting. Ideal for an experienced CRNA ready to step into a leadership role while maintaining strong clinical involvement.

• Compensation: $350,000 annually

• Leadership Stipend: $20,000

• Commencement Bonus: $40,000

• Schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week off

• Time Off: 17 weeks annually

• Call: Every other night; every 4th weekend

• Required Skills: OR and OB

• Hospital Size: 25 beds

Option 2: Staff CRNA
