Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our healthcare team. This role involves comprehensive patient care across the perioperative continuum—from preoperative assessment through intraoperative administration to post-anesthesia recovery—while ensuring strict compliance with Joint Commission standards.

This role involves comprehensive patient care across the perioperative continuum—from preoperative assessment through intraoperative administration to post-anesthesia recovery—while ensuring strict compliance with Joint Commission standards.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the sole on-site anesthesia provider during weekends and holidays to manage emergency airways (working in coordination with an off-site anesthesiologist).
Administer emergency fluids and medications in accordance with patient Advance Directives.
Work within a collaborative team model under the clinical oversight of the Chief CRNA and supervising anesthesiologists.
Adhere to national Joint Commission accreditation standards and facility clinical protocols.
Qualifications
Must have related work experience within the last year, with no employment gaps exceeding four months.
Must hold a current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a professional nurse in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
Graduate of a professional nursing school accredited by the NLNAC or CCNE. Foreign graduates must possess a CGFNS certificate.
Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) or approved by the AANA at the time of completion.
Must be certified (and maintain recertification) by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (CCNA/NBCRNA).
Life Support: Must hold current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Working Hours
8-Hour: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Weekdays)
10-Hour: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Weekdays)
12-Hour: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays)
12-Hour: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (only as needed)
