- Day hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Call: None
- No nights or weekends
Practice Model
- All CRNA practice (independent)
Case Requirements
- Spinals – required
- Blocks – required
- Epidurals – required
- Must be proficient in all listed procedures
Case Logs
- Required
- Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks required for credentialing
Staffing Model
- Number of providers during the day: 2
EMR
- HST
Credentialing & Certifications
- ACLS – Required
- BLS – Required
- PALS – Required
