Job description
We are seeking experienced CRNAs for a locum opportunity at a Level I Trauma Center in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a medically supervised care team model with a strong mix of OR and OB coverage. The role offers consistent 12-hour shifts, steady volume, and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts for providers seeking flexibility and full-time hours.
This position is ideal for CRNAs comfortable with high-acuity adult cases and high-risk OB who are open to working a mix of days, nights, and weekends.
Job Responsibilities
Manage general anesthesia cases in the OR and OB settings
Participate in night and weekend coverage as scheduled
Perform spinals and epidurals
Manage ventilated patients and complex adult cases
Collaborate with anesthesiologists and perioperative staff
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of hospital-based CRNA experience
Current OB experience required (high-risk OB)
Arizona license or ability to obtain one
Level I Trauma experience preferred
BLS and ACLS required
Working Hours
Typical schedule: 3–4 shifts per week (36+ hours)
3–6 night shifts per month (based on department needs)
Must be flexible for days, nights, and at least one full weekend per month
