Facility:
This respected Michigan hospital serves as a Level II Trauma Center providing comprehensive care across a full patient demographic from pediatrics to geriatrics. The facility manages approximately 50 surgical cases daily across multiple operating rooms and utilizes Epic EMR for documentation and record-keeping.

Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia

Job Details:
• Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients • Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, ensuring proper management of neurological status pre- and post-procedure • Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as required by surgical procedures • Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout the surgical process • Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision in a collaborative environment with anesthesiologists and surgical teams • Maintain continuous patient monitoring throughout the perioperative phase (pre-op, intra-op, and post-op) • Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and anesthesia records • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedural protocols, and safety standards • Work four (4) 10-hour shifts per week • No on-call duties required (strictly scheduled shifts) • Operate within a hospital-based setting designated as a Level II Trauma Center • Contribute to a daily volume of approximately 50 surgical cases • Work alongside a team in multiple operating rooms, with rotating assignments based on need • Respond to emergencies and provide airway management, including intubation if needed • Must be Board Certified CRNA with active Michigan license • ACLS, BLS through AHA, and PALS certifications required • Minimum 1 year CRNA experience required • Clean background check with no job gaps required

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
