Rates: $210/hr

Opportunity Highlights

• Flexible Scheduling: Pick up 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts (Monday – Friday).

• Work-Life Balance: NO Call, NO Weekends, and NO Holidays.

• Case Mix: Bread and butter cases including Ortho, Podiatry, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Vascular (Open and Cath Lab), General Surgery, GYN, Urology, and Neurosurgery.

  • Note: No complicated Brain, Thoracic, Open Heart, or complicated OB. Healthy Pediatrics only.

• Facility Details: Community hospital (220-308 beds) currently applying for Level III Trauma status; features a Level II NICU.

• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience is required.

• Board Certification: NBCRNA (Required).

• Licensure: Active Connecticut (CT) License and CT DEA are required.

  • Note: The facility is willing to support licensing for the right candidate, though this extends the start timeline to 120 days.

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS are required.

• Reference Note: Extensive Vetting Required. Credentialing looks back 5 years. Candidates must provide references from every Chief of the practices they have been affiliated with during that time.

Start Date & Credentialing

• Target Start Date: January 5, 2026.

• Timeline: Standard credentialing is 90 days for licensed providers. If licensing is required, expect a 120-day lead time.
