This facility is part of a premier healthcare system in Michigan, known for providing exceptional patient care and advanced medical services. The hospital features state-of-the-art operating rooms and modern equipment, creating an excellent environment for anesthesia professionals.
Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia
Job Details:
• FULL TIME CRNA position with flexibility to float between Novi and Southfield locations • Providers typically informed the day before if reassigned between locations • Flexible shift options including 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24-hour shifts • Later shifts (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.) and weekend shifts available • 40-hour guarantee option available • No heart cases; primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases • Limited pediatric cases, mostly standard procedures • 36-46 total cases per day between two locations; 15-20 cases per site • Supervised CRNA model with 4:1 ratio; most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia • CRNAs are responsible for their own arterial line placements • Must maintain NBCRNA certification • Active Michigan license required • Clean background with no license actions required • ACLS, BLS through AHA, and PALS certifications required • Current flu vaccine or medical exemption required • Any time off needs to be requested up front • Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days
