Opportunity Highlights

• Full-Time Hours, No Call: Shifts are available as 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, or a combination thereof, Monday through Friday. There is NO call requirement.

• Minimum Commitment: Seeking a commitment of a minimum of 3 shifts per week for a minimum 6-month contract to start.

• Diverse Case Mix: You will rotate through the Main OR and Off-Site locations, including the On-Site ASC, GI Lab, EP Lab, and Radiology. The average case volume is 65 cases per day across services including:

  • Surgical Oncology (specializing in intraoperative chemoperfusion)

  • Complex Neuro, Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic, and General Surgery

  • Orthopedics, Plastics, and Robotics

• Team-Based Approach: You will NOT work solo. Assignments follow a Team-Based Approach with MD supervision and potential SRNA involvement (Anesthesia Care Team model).

• EMR: The facility uses Cerner (SA Anesthesia).

• Privileging: Estimated time to secure privileges (Full or Temp) is 60 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on anesthesia care starting at 0630 (wheels-in OR target is 0710) in the Main OR and Off-Site locations.

• Rotate to provide break/lunch coverage for colleagues.

• Manage anesthesia for complex adult surgical cases across multiple specialties.

Requirements

• Credential: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).

• Board Status: NBCRNA Certified or Board Eligible is required.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

• Licensure: An Active Pennsylvania State License is REQUIRED. IMLC will not be considered.

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS are required.
