• Work in a collaborative, collegial environment at Marshfield Medical Center - Dickson that emphasizes mutual support and learning from one another.

Qualification:

• Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting.
• Open to candidates launching their careers or seeking a professional change.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

• Monday – Friday 7 am – 3 pm (additional pay for hours worked after 3 pm).
• 1:6 called – shared equally from home with a 30-minute call back.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general bread and butter cases and OB. No heads. No hearts
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key.

• Nestled in Michigan’s beautiful Upper Peninsula, Iron Mountain is a hidden gem for outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking a welcoming small-town atmosphere. With a population of 17,500, it offers excellent schools, a strong community feel, and abundant recreational activities:
• Outdoor paradise – miles of top-tier hiking and biking trails, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and boating on Lake Antoine
• Home to the International Ski Jump Competition at Pine Mountain Ski Resort
• A great place to live where others vacation!

Compensation:

• Guaranteed salary of $285,000, which includes a quality bonus and call pay.
• Commencement bonus of $60,000
• Chief Stipend of $15,000
• Generous 9 weeks of paid time off annually.
