Qualifications:

  • Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • New graduates are welcome to apply. Completion of training, board certification, and an unrestricted APRN license to be granted before the start of employment
  • Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting.
Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

  • Full-time opportunity.
  • Home call is evenly divided among the team – the average is 1:12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general, orthopedic, OB/GYN, podiatry, ENT, urology, peds, and endoscopy cases.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key.

Rewards and Benefits:

  • Compensation:
    • $50,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
    • Salary ranging from $300,000 to $330,000 (W2 and 1099 options).
    • Minimum additional call pay of $15,600.
  • Extra Work Compensation Details:
    • Extra Shift Daily Rate $200/hr guaranteed
    • Extra Weekday Call Shift – $450
    • Extra Weekend Call Shift – $675
    • 2-hour guaranteed call-back rate per shift
