Qualifications:

  • Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • New graduates are welcome to apply. Completion of training, board certification, and an unrestricted APRN license to be granted before the start of employment
  • Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting.
Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

  • Full-time opportunity.
  • Home call is evenly divided among the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general, orthopedic, eyes, podiatry, urology, OB/GYN, and minimal peds.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key.

Living and Working in Laurium:

  • Laurium is in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and it’s known for its Victorian and 20th-century architecture and historic sites.
  • The town offers plenty of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, and days at the beautiful beaches of Lake Superior.

Rewards and Benefits:

  • Compensation: Guaranteed salary ranging from $297,000 (W2) to $330,000 (1099),
  • $8,000 quality bonus.
    • $12,000 per year chief stipend
    • $40,000 commencement bonus for a 2-year commitment
