Credentialing Timeframe: 30–60 days
- All certifications must be through AHA (BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS — no exceptions)

Hours: Tuesday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Call: No call required

Call Response Time: 20 minutes

Supervision: None – Solo provider

Type of Cases: Endoscopy, General, Orthopedic, Acute Pain Management

Spinals/Blocks/Epidurals: Must be proficient in all

Caselogs: Required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
