SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in Massachusetts. Coverage is needed ASAP until permanent recruitment is secured.

Qualifications:
- License requirements: MA
- Board Certified
- Active DEA, ACLS, PALS, through AHA.
Job Summary:
- 10 MD, 36 CRNA Anesthesia Care Team Mode
- 21 points of service a day
- 19 ORS plus endo, cardiac and OB
- 15,000 OR cases annually. In addition, approximately 2000 deliveries and 300 cardiac case including TAVR, mitral valve clip and watchman procedures, on and off pump, CABG, cardiac ablation and TEE
- Cases for the OR are medically directed, OB CRNAs are supervised
- Cases include general, ortho, urology, ENT/ophthalmology, bariatric, vascular, neuro, thoracic, GYN, dermatology, plastic, cardiac and OB. No trauma
- There is always 1 MD and 2 CRNAs in-house 24 hours a day
- Cardiac cases are medically directed and some of the CRNAs do hearts
- OB team of In-house CRNAs
- Shifts needed- Weekday’s 10h or 12h shifts only
- CRNA Shifts:
- 8hours 7:00AM-3:00PM
- 10 hours 7:00AM-5:00PM
- 12 hours 7:00AM-7:00PM
- 16 hours 7:00AM-11:00PM
- 24 hours OB/OR 7:00AM-7:00AM
- CRNA call: 7PM-7AM during the week (30% call back) and 7AM-7AM on the weekends (80% call back). CRNAs take weekday call approximately once a month and twice a year on weekends
- OB CRNA call is in-house (24 hours)
