📍 Location: Coos Bay, Oregon
📅 Schedule: Full-Time (80 hrs/pay period) or Part-Time (48 hrs/pay period)

🧠 Cases: All except heads & hearts | Healthy peds only

💉 All types of blocks performed

🏗️ 7 ORs + Endoscopy, Cath Lab & ASC access

📆 Shift assigned (to be discussed during interview)

📞 Paid call with post-call day off | Shared weekend coverage

🏡 Residency in the local area required – relocation may be necessary
🎓 Requirements:

🛡️ Board Certified CRNA – REQUIRED

📍 Oregon License (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED

🕐 1+ year CRNA experience – REQUIRED

📋 Clean Malpractice History/Background – REQUIRED
