SMART Locums is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in Michigan.
Qualifications:
- Active MI License
- Certifications-ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA (AHA ACLS and PALS Required)
Job Summary:
- Credentialing Time Frame:60-90 days
- Shift Schedule:7A-3P
- Call Schedule/Rotation: no call and no weekends
- Supervision Model: MDs do preops, run boards, supervise, and could go in a room. If in a room, surgeon is supervisor of CRNAs. CRNAs are in a room.
- Type of Cases Required: General, Ortho and Joint Replacements
- Procedures Required: proof of blocks (Blocks: ISB, supraclavicular, intermediate cervical plexus (for clavicles), maybe axillary, pop, ACB, potentially IPac and geniculars
- Staff per Day MD/CRNA/APP:4
- Number of OR’s: 3
- EMR: SIS
