SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in Michigan. Coverage is needed asap and ongoing until permanent candidate found.
Qualifications:
- Active MI License requirements
- Current DEA: BLS, PALS, ACLS (AHA)
Job Summary:
- Shift times: 7A-3P; CALL 3P-7A
- Call Schedule/Rotation: Every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend
- Type of Cases Required: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Ped Dental, ENT, ENDO, Podiatry, no heads, hearts or spines (350 deliveries a year)
- Providers must have OB cases in the past 12 months.
- Procedures Required: Blocks, Spinals, and epidurals.
- Staff per Day MD/CRNA/APP:
- Additional Details: Number of OR's 4
- EMR: Cerner
