SMART is actively recruiting for a locum experienced CRNAs to provide coverage for a client of ours in Indiana. Coverage is needed multiple dates starting Sept 22 week and ongoing in 2026.
Qualifications:
- License requirements Indiana license & DEA
- Certification requirements ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Job Summary:
- Shift times: 7AM- 3PM with Call hours: 3PM - 7AM
- Call Details (if applicable): 1 weekday call per week (combo of primary and secondary) and either 5pm or 7pm room per week
- Case types (if applicable): General, Ortho (mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB
- Additional details: Procedures Required: Spinals Blocks and epidurals Case logs are required!
- EMR: EPIC
