SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in beautiful Vermont. Coverage is needed ongoing
Qualifications:
- License requirements: Active Vermont license & Vermont DEA
- Certification requirements: ACLS?, BLS, PALS (Must be through the AHA)
- Any additional requirements specific to job (i.e. specific availability, specific certifications, etc.) Summer availability preferred
Job Summary:
- Shift times: Monday - Friday. Cases start 7a, 2 providers on 3-5p late room shift daily.
- Weeknight Call Rotation: Beeper call rotated evenly, about once per week.
- Weekend Call Rotation: About once a month
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- Case types (if applicable): Ortho, General, Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics
- EMR: Medaxion
