**Facility:**
This is a prominent hospital-based facility featuring 20 operating rooms, 3 minor procedure rooms, and 6 endoscopy suites. The facility utilizes Epic EMR system and operates as a Level 2 trauma center providing comprehensive surgical services to the community with an impressive volume of 80-100 surgical cases daily.

**Job Details:**
• Position involves working within a medical direction care team model • 8 or 10-hour shifts (7a-3:30p or 5:30p Monday-Friday) with 30-minute unpaid lunch • Minimal/sporadic coverage needed immediately through November 2025 • Full-time coverage needed December 2025-March 2026 due to multiple maternity leaves • Perform anesthesia for a large variety of general and complex cases • Case types include Orthopedics, GI, Vascular, GYN, Neuro, orthopedic trauma, acute trauma, ENT, and robotics • Must be comfortable working with pediatric patients - facility serves all ages including healthy pediatrics • Active Michigan license or Compact License required • NBCRNA certification and BLS certification required • COVID vaccine required • Local/Drive-In candidates preferred (not accepting candidates requiring flights) • Credentialing timeframe: 60 days from application submission • Accommodation options include Shoreline Inn, Delta Hotel, Holiday Inn Muskegon, Holiday Inn Grand Haven • Hotel expenses capped at $200/night after taxes/fees
