SMART is working with a client in AZ, seeking a CRNA for locum coverage. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and will be an ongoing need during permanent recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Active AZ License -TEMP PRIVS AVAILABLE
- Must be lic, BLS, NRP, ACLS, PALS (AHA req)
- Shift times: - 7AM- 3PM /Call hours 3PM – 7AM
- Call is 1:4 NO WEEKENDS
- Coverage Model: OWN Cases No Supervision
- Cases include ENDO, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Oral, Ortho, Vascular
- Required procedures : Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals.
- EMR- Medaxion
- Competitive hourly rates
- SMART covers malpractice insurance
- Paid travel and accommodations and lodging part of hospital
